Fan Appreciation night proved to be the first win of the night with one of our youngest team members winning a brand new bicycle courtesy of Dublin Motor Speedway and Kelly Moore of the K99 Super Street team. Following that, the Williams Plantworks hauler was used as the pace truck for the first race of the night carrying a truck load of kids around the 4/10’s mile clay oval. A Huge “Thanks” to Mitchell Williams for providing the truck. It seemed all the kids in the back all had huge smiles and enjoyed leading the Pure Stock warriors to the green flag in front of a packed crowd. Overall without racing we had a Great time!

Even though we were having a good time, the team still had business to attend to and the fun still rolled as Hank put the Williams Plantworks/ P&M Performance Racing Engines Open Wheel on the pole with a time of 18.24.

Racing second on the roster the team prepped the car and got ready for the feature. As always everyone had a few butterflies as Hank took to the track. As the green flag flew, “The Hurricane” sped out to the lead and hugged the guardrail for the first two laps. After finding a few rough spots, Hank went to the high side and stayed there for the rest of the night bringing home his 5th win at Dublin this year and the 7th of the season.

Hank pulled in to victory lane and celebrated the victory with his team in victory. Thanks go out to T.L Patterson and Sandy McKenzie for taking photos to record the victory!

Overall a fantastic night at the track and a fantastic night of racing!
