After a long week of going over the entire car, the team showed up not knowing what to expect this week. This is the first time we’ve actually seen a tacky track and we were hoping that we had put everything back where it needed to be. The whole team was anxious to know how the car would perform.

Practice the car looked good and then Hurricane Hank put the car on the outside front row in qualifying with Ricky Boahn taking the pole. After a few minor adjustments Hank was ready for the feature. When the green flag fell on the field Hurricane Hank roared to the front in the Williams Plantworks Open Wheel and never looked back, capturing his third feature in a row. Ricky Boahn and Willie Milliken finished second and third, both with strong runs.

The team would like to give a special “Thanks” to Willie Milliken and team for allowing us to borrow equipment that allowed us to race this weekend. Without it, we would’ve been home.
